On The Street - Tweed Run
Maybe the most fun I’ve had in the span of 4 hours in New York City. Hard to believe that some folks flew in to the city from England and Australia specifically for the event. Can’t wait until next year! Props to Rugby for hosting.

On the Street - 51st and 6th
Now this, ladies and gentlemen, is how a summer getup should be done. A lawyer from a white shoe law firm, perhaps? (Apologies for the fuzzy focus… this was another hip shot.)

On the Street - The High Line
I saw this guy and thought I must have run across a photo shoot for Gant’s next catalog or something. I looked around for Michael Bastian, but didn’t see him. Oh well!

On the Street - 42nd and 9th
Latest update to the On the Street series. Sorry for the lack of updates recently, but I’ve been shooting more film and also getting slammed with work.
This gentleman caught my eye not just because of the linen jacket and chinos with no break, but with his attitude as well. He’s one of those older guys who still struts around (albeit a little more slowly) like he’s still at his prime. Who says you can’t have grey hair and swagger?
Shot on a Nikon FG with Ektar 100.

Took a trip down to Bryant Park yesterday afternoon during lunch break to do a quick 10 minute shoot with my friend Kate. The lighting was a bit harsh given that it was around midday, but we tried to get the best shots we could. Hope you enjoy!

This past weekend, I attended my brother Andrew’s commencement ceremonies at Penn. He graduated with a BA in Biological Basis of Behavior and will be working at a Penn research lab after a medical volunteer trip to India. Please give him your congratulations!

On the Street - Rivington and Bowery
A perfect spring getup. Pink chinos, suspenders, and bow tie… I guess the Kentucky Derby was on the same day!

On the Street - Nautical Stripes
Late last month, I made a brief blog post on the nautical stripes I was seeing all over the place in New York, and this weekend I decided to do an entire series of photos on stripes all across New York. Most of these are from the LES, Nolita, and Central Park, taken over the course of 2 days. Enjoy!

Yup, spring has arrived in New York! And people are out and about, enjoying the beautiful weather. Took a stroll on the High Line with a couple of friends on Sunday afternoon and took a few shots that I thought I’d share. Enjoy!

On the Street - Jane and Greenwich
Saturday… a perfect day in New York to walk around the city and do some shooting! Phuong, a classmate from college, was in town this weekend, and we decided to go to the West Village for brunch and do a little “On the Street” photo shoot while we were at it. Hope you enjoy.

Yeah, they blocked off the street just for us…
