I’ve been on the lookout for some reasonably priced wingtips since the ones I’ve worn for a little over two years have started coming apart a bit. (Not a bad run for $60 dress shoes, right?)
The $225 you’d pay full retail for the Goodyear-welted Prestons still isn’t bad, though, especially relative to similar shoes like the Darltons (now known as the Marlow), which will cost you a whopping $850. For an even better deal on an already (relatively) cheap shoe, check out eBay like I did for some really good options if you can find your size. Good luck!
